LARRY ANDREN:
Larry Andren has enjoyed a long, successful architectural
career throughout the Rocky Mountain West. His professional
practice began in Montana with educational, commercial,
industrial, and residential projects. Seeking to thaw
out, he then practiced in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area,
continuing with high-tech commercial & industrial
aviation projects, air force base development, and
more high-end custom home projects. To chill a bit,
Larry finally ended up in Santa Fe in 1996. Since
then, his focus has been the luxury home market, urban
redevelopment, and some commercial work. He presently
maintains active licenses in 11 states, and has recently
completed projects in Arizona, Oregon, Utah, Colorado,
and New Mexico. A number of his Scottsdale and Santa
Fe homes have been published nationally.
Born and raised on a ranch in Wyoming taught Larry
respect and appreciation for nature at an early age.
His attention to nature and context helps him create
buildings that feel like they grew naturally from
their site.
SOBIA SAYEDA:

& retail buildings. Sobia moved to Santa Fe in
early ’08 to join IDS. Among the projects she
